How much do you charge for domains?
For .UK domains there is a charge of £10 + VAT, registration fee which includes the 1st years fees
Renewal of domains is £5.99 per year per domain. All prices exclude hosting and VAT at the applicable rate
Can I transfer a domain to another hosting company?
Yes you can, there is an administrative charge of £25 + VAT per domain to complete this.
What if I have a problem with a domain?
Please use the contact us form and we will endeavor to resolve your complaint within 2 business days
How will I know about my domain registration expiring?
We will contact you 30 days prior to the expiration of the domain and ask if you wish to renew for a further period. Domains can be renewed for a variety of periods from 1 year. Please contact us for details .
Can you provide email accounts and website hosting for a domain I purchase from you?
Yes we can provide a full range of domain based services, including email accounts, hosting and also provision of DNS services and support. Please contact us for further details.
Are there special terms and conditions, such as your cancellation policy with regards to domain registrations?

Can I cancel a domain name order?
Yes you can cancel your order within 14 days of ordering a domain name. Please note there will be a cancellation charge of £5 +VAT per domain name to cover administrative expenses.
How will I know if my domain name is about to expire?
We will contact you a maximum of 3 times before the expiration of the domain to give you the option of either renewing the name with us or transferring the domain to another company. If we receive no reply then we reserve the right to cancel the domain registration with Nominet, subject to their terms and conditions.
If the domain has expired can it still be renewed?
This will depend on a number of factors including how long ago the domain name expired. Please contact us via the contact form for full details.
